Jim is a highly successful businessman with over 35 years experience in electrical engineering and project management. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the cattle industry as the owner of Northfork Skye Hereford Ranch.

He has been President of the Alberta Cattle Breeders Association and a director of the Alberta Hereford Association and the Calgary District Hereford Association

Cody Snyder

Cody was raised on a ranch outside Medicine Hat, Alberta and has been involved with cattle his whole life. He is a well-known figure throughout the rodeo and bull-riding world. He was a professional bull rider for 15 years and was the world champion in 1983.

Since his retirement from rodeo in 1993, he has run a successful event promotion business, producing world-class bull riding events across North America. Recently, Cody joined Canada Agra Trading, adding his experience with cattle and business practices to that of Scott and Jim.

To date Canada Agra Trading has shipped beef and poultry products to Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and is presently exploring markets in Iran, Jordan, Russia and Egypt. CATL deals only with federally inspected Canadian food producers and packing plants that conform to all Canadian Food Inspection Agency standards. These standards are the highest in the world, ensuring that all Canadian food products are healthy and nutritious.

CATL is also familiar with export and shipping procedures and will arrange shipping, acquire all certificat es required by the importing country and ensure that packaging and labeling meet the local standards.
