Coffee

The coffee is "micro-roasted" in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Janson Family Coffee is roasted in 21 lb. batches. The general limit for micro-roasting is 45 lbs. Above 45 lbs., coffee needs to be quenched with water to cool it down- negatively affecting quality.
